Alpha Secure India supplies fire safety equipment and provides related installation, maintenance and training services. This policy explains how product shipping and service delivery are arranged.
1. Product Shipping
Fire safety equipment is shipped or delivered according to the order confirmation, product availability, delivery location and agreed arrangements.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be communicated before an order is confirmed.
2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated when an order is confirmed. Actual delivery may vary due to product availability, location, transport conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Additional charges or delays may arise if delivery cannot be completed because the information provided is incorrect or incomplete.
4. Inspection on Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect the package and equipment upon receipt. Any visible damage, missing items or incorrect products should be reported to Alpha Secure India as soon as reasonably possible, with supporting photographs where available.
5. Installation and On-Site Services
Installation, inspection, maintenance, annual maintenance contracts and training are arranged separately according to the agreed quotation or service agreement. The applicable schedule depends on the location, scope of work, equipment availability and site readiness.
6. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delivery or service delays. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as binding in writing.
7. Shipping and Delivery Charges
Any applicable shipping, handling, installation or other service charges will be communicated in the quotation, order confirmation or invoice before the relevant arrangement is finalised.
